The Studio Strength Approach

We work with you to develop a personalized fitness plan:

Studio Strength

To design an optimal program, we will conduct a new member consultation to determine your fitness goals and to get to know you better. We will discuss your goals, provide nutritional advisement, take weight and body measurements and conduct a fitness test.

Progress

Progress charts are maintained and you will work with one trainer whose sole job is to ensure your success. Weights and measurements are taken once a month or every six weeks to determine improvements in weight, body fat and key areas of focus.
